L’utilisation du site www.motherhood-in-france.com implique l’acceptation pleine et entière des présentes Conditions Générales d’Utilisation.
2. Accès au site
Le site est accessible gratuitement à tout utilisateur disposant d’un accès à internet.
La propriétaire se réserve le droit d’interrompre temporairement l’accès au site pour maintenance ou mise à jour.
3. Contenu du site
Le site a pour objet de présenter les services d’accompagnement proposés par Motherhood in France, ainsi que des contenus informatifs liés à la maternité et à la parentalité en France.
Ces contenus ne constituent pas des conseils médicaux ou juridiques.
4. Responsabilité de l’utilisateur
L’utilisateur s’engage à utiliser le site de manière conforme à la loi et aux présentes CGU.
Toute utilisation frauduleuse ou abusive pourra entraîner des poursuites.

Le site peut contenir des liens vers des sites tiers.
Motherhood in France n’exerce aucun contrôle sur ces sites et décline toute responsabilité quant à leur contenu.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE (CGV)
1. Objet
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) régissent les relations contractuelles entre :

et toute personne (ci-après « le Client ») souhaitant bénéficier des prestations proposées par Motherhood in France.
2. Nature des prestations
Motherhood in France propose des prestations d’accompagnement autour de la maternité, de la grossesse, du post-partum et de la parentalité, incluant notamment :
- accompagnement doula,
- accompagnements individuels,
- ateliers,
- contenus et prestations à distance.
Les prestations proposées sont strictement non médicales.
Elles ne constituent en aucun cas un diagnostic, un traitement ou un suivi médical, psychologique ou paramédical, et ne se substituent pas à l’accompagnement par des professionnels de santé (médecin, sage-femme, psychologue, etc.).
3. Tarifs
Les prix sont indiqués en euros (€), toutes taxes comprises.
TVA non applicable – article 293B du CGI, sous réserve du régime fiscal applicable.
Motherhood in France se réserve le droit de modifier ses tarifs à tout moment.
Le tarif applicable est celui en vigueur au jour de la réservation de la prestation.
4. Réservation et modalités de paiement
4.1 Réservation
La réservation des prestations s’effectue en ligne via la plateforme Calendly.
Le client choisit le créneau proposé et renseigne les informations nécessaires à la prise de rendez-vous.
La validation de la réservation vaut acceptation pleine et entière des présentes CGV.
4.2 Paiement
Le paiement est effectué en ligne de manière sécurisée via la plateforme Stripe.
Les informations bancaires ne sont jamais accessibles ni conservées par Motherhood in France.
Motherhood in France ne saurait être tenue responsable d’un dysfonctionnement technique imputable aux plateformes Calendly ou Stripe, lesquelles sont indépendantes de son activité.
4.3 Responsabilité du client
Le client est responsable de l’exactitude des informations fournies lors de la réservation (coordonnées, email, créneau sélectionné).
Toute erreur imputable au client ne pourra engager la responsabilité de Motherhood in France.
5. Annulation, report et absence
Toute demande d’annulation ou de report doit être formulée par email à l’adresse suivante :

Sauf mention contraire :
- Annulation moins de 48 heures avant la prestation : la prestation est due et non remboursable.
- Annulation plus de 48 heures avant : un report peut être proposé, sous réserve de disponibilité.
En cas de non-présentation du client au rendez-vous, aucun remboursement ni report ne sera possible.
6. Droit de rétractation
6.1 Prestations à distance
Conformément à l’article L221-18 du Code de la consommation, le client dispose d’un délai de 14 jours pour exercer son droit de rétractation pour les prestations à distance.
Toutefois, ce droit s’éteint dès le début de l’exécution de la prestation, lorsque celle-ci a commencé avec l’accord exprès du client.
6.2 Prestations en présentiel
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux prestations de service pleinement exécutées ou commencées avec l’accord du client.
7. Responsabilité
Motherhood in France s’engage à fournir ses prestations avec professionnalisme et bienveillance.
Sa responsabilité ne saurait être engagée en cas de :
- mauvaise interprétation des informations fournies,
- décisions prises par le client sur la base des échanges,
- dommages indirects ou immatériels.
En tout état de cause, la responsabilité de Motherhood in France est limitée au montant de la prestation effectivement payée par le client.
8. Données personnelles – RGPD
Les données personnelles collectées sont nécessaires à la gestion des réservations, des prestations et des paiements.
Sous-traitants utilisés :
- Calendly : gestion des rendez-vous en ligne
- Stripe : paiement sécurisé
Ces prestataires agissent en qualité de sous-traitants au sens du RGPD et garantissent la sécurité et la confidentialité des données traitées.
Les données ne sont ni vendues ni cédées à des tiers.

9. Propriété intellectuelle
Tous les contenus fournis dans le cadre des prestations (documents, supports, échanges, contenus numériques) restent la propriété exclusive de Motherhood in France.
Toute reproduction ou diffusion sans autorisation écrite est interdite.
10. Litiges et droit applicable
En cas de litige, le client est invité à contacter en priorité Motherhood in France afin de rechercher une solution amiable.
À défaut d’accord, le litige sera soumis au droit français et aux tribunaux compétents.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

and any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) wishing to benefit from the services offered by Motherhood in France.
2. Nature of the Services
Motherhood in France offers support services related to maternity, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting, including in particular:
- doula support,
- individual support sessions,
- workshops,
- remote services and digital content.
All services provided are strictly non-medical.
They do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment, or medical, psychological or paramedical follow-up, and do not replace care provided by healthcare professionals (doctor, midwife, psychologist, etc.).
3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French Tax Code, subject to the applicable tax regime.
Motherhood in France reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applicable is the one in force at the time of booking.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Booking
Bookings are made online via the Calendly platform.
The Client selects an available time slot and provides the necessary information to schedule the appointment.
Confirmation of the booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4.2 Payment
Payment is made online via the secure payment platform Stripe.
Banking details are never accessed or stored by Motherhood in France.
Motherhood in France cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunction attributable to Calendly or Stripe, which operate independently of its activity.
4.3 Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking (contact details, email address, selected time slot).
Any error attributable to the Client cannot engage the responsibility of Motherhood in France.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show
Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be sent by email to:

Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the service: the service is due and non-refundable.
- Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability.
In the event of a no-show by the Client, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Remote Services
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period for remote services.
However, this right expires once the service has begun with the Client’s express consent.
6.2 In-Person Services
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed or have begun with the Client’s agreement.
7. Liability
Motherhood in France undertakes to provide its services with professionalism, care and kindness.
Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of:
- misinterpretation of the information provided,
- decisions made by the Client based on the exchanges,
- indirect or immaterial damages.
In any event, the liability of Motherhood in France is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service concerned.
8. Personal Data – GDPR
Personal data collected is necessary for managing bookings, services and payments.
Subprocessors used:
- Calendly: online appointment scheduling
- Stripe: secure payment processing
These service providers act as data processors within the meaning of the GDPR and guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data processed.
Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their personal data by contacting:

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of the services (documents, materials, exchanges, digital content) remains the exclusive property of Motherhood in France.
Any reproduction or distribution without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Motherhood in France as a priority in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, the dispute shall be governed by French law and submitted to the competent French courts.
