Mom Circle: Postpartum – Online Group Session
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the purchase and participation in the Mom Circle: Postpartum group session organized by:

By booking and purchasing a place in this session, the participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of the Service
The Mom Circle: Postpartum is an online group support session designed for mothers in the postpartum period, particularly expatriate women living in France.
The session provides a safe and supportive space to share experiences, receive emotional support, and connect with other mothers.
⚠️ This session is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care and does not replace advice or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Session Details
Session: Mom Circle – Postpartum
Format: Online group meeting
Date: 12 March
Time: 2:00 PM (Paris time)
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
The session will take place via an online video platform. Access details will be sent to participants after booking.
4. Pricing
The price of the session is indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. 14,99€
VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French Tax Code.
Payment is required at the time of booking via a secure online payment system.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Client may cancel their participation up to 72 hours before the session.
If cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session, the Client is entitled to a full refund.
If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the session, the session is non-refundable.
If the Client does not attend the session, the payment remains due and no refund will be issued.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client benefits from a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, if the session takes place within this period and the Client agrees to participate, they expressly waive this right once the service has begun.
7. Liability
Motherhood in France undertakes to provide the session with professionalism, care, and respect.
Participation in the session is voluntary, and the Client remains responsible for their own decisions and wellbeing.
The liability of Motherhood in France is limited to the amount paid for the session.
8. Personal Data – GDPR
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of managing bookings and participation in the session.
Third-party tools used may include:
- Stripe – payment processing
- Calendly – scheduling
- Google Meet / Zoom – online meeting platform

9. Intellectual Property
Any materials or resources shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Motherhood in France.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute will first be addressed through amicable resolution before being submitted to the competent French courts.
