- 1 private session (1h30)
For those moments when you just need to talk, be heard, and find clarity. Whether it’s a specific question, a wave of overwhelm, or the need for reassurance, this 1-hour session offers a safe space just for you.
You are at the right place if you are…
• A new parent in France, feeling tender, tired, or overwhelmed
• Navigating postpartum far from family, friends, or your familiar support system
• Struggling with language or cultural differences in the French healthcare system
• Wanting a safe, compassionate space to share your emotions and experiences
What to expect in a postpartum session?
Every postpartum journey is unique, and so is each session. This is a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share whatever feels heavy, confusing, or important at this stage of life. Together, we can explore what’s on your heart and mind, such as:
Birth leaves a deep imprint, whether it was empowering, surprising, or traumatic. In our sessions, you’ll have space to process your experience, share what felt overwhelming or beautiful, and be gently supported as you make sense of your story.
Feeding your baby can bring joy, but also stress, pain, or doubts. Together, we can explore your experience, talk about the challenges you face, and identify the resources or support available to you, so you feel less alone in this journey.
Postpartum can be exhausting, both physically and emotionally. If you feel like you’re drowning in tiredness, I’ll help you slow down, reflect, and think about what support you can gather around you, your own “village”, even when you are far from home.
Becoming parents often shifts the dynamics in a couple. Communication, expectations, and daily life can feel different and sometimes difficult. Our sessions are a safe space to talk about these changes, explore your needs as partners, and find more understanding in your relationship.
After birth, your body, emotions, and desires may not feel the same. It’s normal for intimacy to change. We can talk about these shifts openly, without judgment, so you can reconnect with yourself and your partner at your own pace.
Becoming a parent brings joy, but it also means saying goodbye to parts of your old life. If you feel sadness, guilt, or confusion about what you’ve left behind, this is a safe space to acknowledge those feelings and to gently integrate them into your new identity.
There is no agenda and no pressure. You choose what matters most in the moment, and I hold the space with empathy, presence, and compassion. Every journey is different. Whatever is on your heart, from identity changes to navigating family expectations, from finding balance as a multicultural household to simply needing to cry or be heard, our sessions adapt to you.
Let’s arrange your first session together.

🚫 What Not to Expect in a Session
✔️ Medical care: I am not a midwife or doctor, and I do not provide medical treatment or prescriptions
✔️ Psychological therapy: I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist
✔️ Ready-made solutions or “one-size-fits-all” advice — instead, I help you explore your own answers
✔️ Emergency support: in urgent situations, you should always contact a medical professional or emergency services
I am a Doula, not a Midwife
I do not perform any medical procedures and I am not a therapist. My services are complementary to those provided by midwives or doctors, and do not replace medical care from a healthcare professional.
I do not support mothers or couples who have not arranged regular medical follow-up throughout pregnancy and in preparation for birth with a midwife or an obstetrician-gynecologist.
I always work alongside and in collaboration with medical professionals.
